Spiritual Maturity

  • Feelings and experiences evaluated in the light of God's word as against experiences evaluated according to feelings.
  • Confidence rather than fear.
  • Active faith rather than apathy and doubt.
  • Careful study and observation rather than opinions and halfhearted efforts.
  • Desiring spiritual challenges than worldly entertainment.
  • Self evaluation rather then self-criticism.
  • Developing depth of understanding rather than struggling with basics.
  • Begin to teach others rather than just being taught.
